1. Acceptance
By accessing or using NOVE you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Permitted Use
The platform is licensed for lawful digital forensics, incident response, and security operations. You may not use NOVE to conduct unauthorised access to third-party systems or in violation of applicable law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at [email protected].
4. Evidence & Data
You retain ownership of all data and evidence you upload to NOVE. We process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful authority to collect, store, and process any evidence submitted.
5. Intellectual Property
NOVE and all associated software, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of NOVE Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to NOVE's trademarks or branding.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVE Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NOVE Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
