We collect information you provide directly — name, email, organisation — when you create an account, request a demo, or contact support. We also collect usage data, device information, and logs necessary to operate the platform securely.

We use collected information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, prevent fraud, meet contractual obligations, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after termination unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active legal hold is in place.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is controlled by role-based permissions and cryptographically signed audit logs. We hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications.
